B's Dance Moves

This video went on for almost 3 minutes but I trimmed it down while still trying to capture some of his best moves. I wish I could remember what song he was dancing to.  This boy cracks me up!

Fall Soccer 2013

Abi's last soccer game was yesterday.  She played on a great team this fall and it was a really good experience for her to be surrounded by good, competitive players.  Her coaches were also very encouraging and enthusiastic - I'm pretty sure they wanted Abi to score a goal more than she did.  This is probably true for her Mom and Dad as well.

By the end of each season, she is usually ready to be done with it and move onto something new and this season was no different.  After her last game in each season, I always wonder if we just saw her last but her excitement usually returns with a bit of a break and she is ready again the next time enrollment comes along. I guess time will tell but regardless, I am proud of her effort and positive attitude.

Pumpkins & Fall Leaves

Our Day at the Pumpkin Patch

Apparently Josh was the photographer of the day and didn't make it into any pictures 

but he was with us at the pumpkin patch :)

On our way home we made an impromptu stop to play in all the beautiful fall leaves in the neighborhood.

Fox Hollow Farm

Today the kids had the day off of school so I surprised them with a trip to Fox Hollow Farm. Over the years we have heard lots of good things about it so we decided to check it out for ourselves. The kids had a blast taking turns on the rope swing, driving the tractors, riding the horses and playing with all the animals.

Mom's Birthday Celebration

 Before Grandma and Grandpa headed out to Arizona for the winter, we celebrated Grandma's 65th birthday with dinner at Beppo's with all her kids and grandkids.
