A Little Taste of Lemon

Each of our kids has tried a slice of lemon as a baby (usually with Josh and I, amusingly looking on).  Nattie seems to really enjoy her slice and we all got a chuckle out of her expressions as the sourness kicked in.

We spent the morning relaxing then 

headed to the bowling alley for some fun with friends. 

Superbowl XLIX

We have many more pre-Super Bowl pictures than post-pics this year due to the heart-breaking end of the game. As the seconds ticked down, our once confident, loud and celebratory group turned silent. We all sat in shock watching what seemed to be the perfect ending take an unimaginable and indescribable turn.

Regardless of the end result, we still had a fun day celebrating.

Looking forward, I can't wait til the next season. Hopefully the burn of this loss won't sting as bad as it does today and we can get back to the big game next year...
