After a few years without any measurable snowfall, the kids were beyond excited when the snow started to fall. The only thing we didn't know was that it was going to continue to fall for almost a week. When it was all said and done, we ended up with almost a foot of snow, which meant no school, no work and lots and lots of fun playing in the snow!

The kids also made some "snow ice cream" which was a big hit!
(we added some food coloring so Abi could have purple ice cream)
