Brady's Birthday Party!

We celebrated Brady's 2nd birthday on Saturday with our wonderful family and friends. Since he is a big fan of Woody and Buzz Lightyear, I decided to throw him a Toy Story party.

"To Infinity and Beyond..."

Some of our Toy Story Decorations
(surprisingly, Abi and I were able to decorate the house with Toy Story themed toys which we already had around the house!)

My little sheriff patiently waiting for his party to begin.

The Bouncy House
Thanks to the Worsleys, we set up their bouncy house in our garage for the kids and they had a great time (not to mention, burned off lots of energy)!
I love the next series of pictures of Brady playing with his cousin, Colby

and the best part: eating it!

And finally, some of my favorite impromptu pictures of the day...

I wonder if he could possibly hold one more toy?

The best of the day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Ready to head out to her preschool Valentine's Day party which included ice cream sundaes. For the girl that LOVES ice cream, chocolate, whip cream and cherries, could life get any better?

We couldn't even make it out of the school parking lot without Abi checking out all of her valentines!

A series of unsuccessful family portraits...
(however this pretty much captures the essence of Brady at almost two years old!)

Opening up Valentine's Day cards and gifts
thank you to everyone who helped make their day special!

And finally, a bit of dancing on Abi's "stage" (bed) before bedtime!

Nursery Rhymes

I had to sneak into Brady's room to record this because Abi stops "performing" the moment she sees someone watching her. As you can see, she spots me at the end of the video.

Happy New Year!

We spent New Years Eve celebrating with the Worsley's. The kids had a good time playing together, watching movies and shooting off some fireworks. We enjoyed a delicious dinner, watched the Survivor finale and had a fun evening with our very good friends.

The boys (Brady and Chase) before bedtime in their matching pajamas with their matching lovies.

And then it was time for fireworks...

Wishing everyone a healthy and safe New Years!

Celebration Lane

Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate on our first attempt to go to Snowflake Lane so Abi and I had a girls night out after Christmas and went to Celebration Lane. We had fun spending some mom and daughter time together, watching the "snow" fall, dancing to the music and of course, eating dessert!
The horn was definitely a highlight of our night!

I am not exactly sure what the mouse had to do with Celebration Lane but Abi liked him!
